You know how they say twitter and blogs are always linked? They dont? Well, they should.
I’ve been absolutely exhausted enjoying myself, and last night when i got back to the apartment at 2am after the movie i was just like… Bamph. We watched Bad Teacher at Regal Theaters, Times Square, and Something Borrowed on the mac, and i didnt have time/too tired to blog. So if you want to see the photos before i upload them/”live vicariously through my travelling experience” as Syaf so eloquently put it, follow me on twitter here. (Blatant self promotion going on)

Hit Times Square yesterday

Huuuuuuge Toys ‘r’ us, Hershey’s workshop and M ‘n’ M’s workshop.

Had Japanese at Ruby’s, an asian restaurant down Times Square, with the two Gs. They make really good sushi, i was transported to japan in an instant and i’ve never even been there in real life.

Fortune cookie: “Learn Chinese”
I AM CHINESE!!! stupid blind cookie.

the night view, glittering, flashing lights which never die. Remembered that NY is called the City that never sleeps, finally understood why.

The Metro. Also, old school photobooth which i got really really excited over.

CHECK OUT THE BEN AND JERRY PRICES.
Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve been cheated our whole lives.

You are welcome.

A short post, because im heading out in a second. We’re visiting the Brooklyn College campus today, meeting a few people, and maybe going down to the Promenade in the evening.

Things about NY i’ve learnt so far:
1. 7pm, still as bright as 3 in the afternoon
2. YOU CAN EAT IN THE TRAINS/STATIONS.
3. The city really doesnt sleep.
4. Also, the people are really lovely here. Good morning, have a nice day, you look lovely today, says a random stranger on the streets as if we were old friends.

Seeya, and hope everyone’s doing fine back in Singapore or wherever you are! 🙂
